I tested Windows 3.11 on my E65, and I can almost guarantee you that it works well, but for what is to run Windows 98, I have not had a chance to test the stuff, so I guarantee you nothing. According to the tutorial I found, you will need preferably a mobile with a lot of RAM like the N95 8gb, in order to try and install the symbian version of DOSBox is an emulator for MSDOS.
