Tenth day - 480 km: Merced CA> Yosemite CA> San Francisco CA
Total Change today, I had promised ... A natural reserve, and not any! The first to be created in 1864 by Abraham Lincoln.

Spectacular! Nestled between the steep walls of the Sierra Nevada, Yosemite is one of the most beautiful parks in the United States. Between sea and desert, he surprised by the freshness of its alpine landscapes with abundant streams and waterfalls, where successive forests of pines and giant sequoias. Its scenery is magnificent, dominated by large gray granite monoliths that attract climbers from around the world. All trails dive into the Yosemite Valley Merced River which winds largely dug by the slow passage of glaciers.
